Starwatch keeps as little about you as it can, for as short a time as it can, to do one job: tell you when your room gets cheaper.
What we keep
Your email address, stay dates, number of adults, any child or infant dates of birth, your hotel and room, your alert price, and the recent prices we've seen for that room.
Who sees it
Our email provider receives your address and the emails we send you. Disneyland Paris receives your stay details, including children's dates of birth, so it can quote a price. It never receives your email address. To keep bots out, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address and technical browser signals to tell people from bots. It doesn't receive your email or stay details.
How long we keep it
Until your arrival date, or until you stop the alert. An alert you never confirm is deleted after 48 hours. Stopped and expired alerts, including any child dates of birth, are erased within 90 days. The private link for managing your alerts works for 30 minutes.
What we'll never do
Sell your details, share them for marketing, or email you anything beyond your alerts and the confirmation or manage links you ask for.
Changing your mind
Every alert email has a one-click stop link. You can also change or stop any alert from My alerts.
Starwatch is independent and has no connection to Disney or Disneyland Paris.
